Horrible. He did not listen to our dates or coordinate with the general contractor doing external house repairs who referred him. He had us rush to rent a truck to store furniture in and hired friends to move. He asked for money to buy the wood upfront but since the contractor was very reputable I figured he was also! The man he hired did an excellent job on the LR and DR and we said we would get back with him on the rest of the house and paid him for the labor on the finished rooms. When he was supposed to deliver the wood to the house he never showed up and we were not able to get hold of him at his number and left multiple messages for months. He did not respond to the general contractor either and finally we had to re-buy the wood and pay another contractor for the work. We heard from him once after the contractor saw him and said we were going to go to the police about our stolen money and he said he would get the money but that never happened and we can't go to court because we can't send a subpoena because we don't have an address.
