Alex gave us a good estimate that he delivered, kept us up to date on his progress and the process that he was using. He showed up when he said he would (rain was always an issue) and completed the job that was completely botched by a previous contractor. The leaks are gone, the roof looks great and we hope we don't need to see Alex for quite a while, although he was very pleasant to work with. We would recommend him to anyone.

Professional, dependable and great communication. I wanted to reseal my roof and he went above and beyond. Every other company wanted to do a tear off but having a background in a little contracting, I knew that wasn't necessary. Alex confirmed that with me and did an excellent job.
