Home Inspection
We thought it was great, inspector Glen Rogers found some minor things wrong which were addressed. However, after closing we noticed sheets of paint inside all the upstairs AC vents & most downstairs vents. Closer examination of the sheets of paint inside the other showed these were spotted. After removing the vent covers we found mold in all ducts. Also found the LR vent cover was discolored and furry with mold & major mold in the upstairs bath behind the door. Estimates to replace ductwork are $4300 We contacted RyMac (w/in the required 7 days and were told they weren't liable and won't even return our $375. Why do you pay for an inspection to determine the condition of a home if even basic inspection of the HVAC vents isn't going to be done. Very unhappy and certainly would advise others to stay away from this company!
