ROWLAND'S CARPET CLEANING &RESTORATION

 Mr. Rowland answered my call right away, gave me an estimate of the cost based on my description, and scheduled a date and time.  He called the day he was to come and told me he could arrive early if that met with my schedule. 

I made the appointment weeks in advance knowing the amount of work to be done.  There were two rooms and a hall.  One room was large.  He charged me $300.00!  Way too much.  He did my mother's house- four rooms - one was large for $110.00.  ???  I had asked for a couch love seat and chair to be done also.  But, he seemed in a mad rush and did not do them.  I was very disappointed and plan on writing him a personal note to tell him.

Everything except 1 long time stain was removed, and the carpets looked great

I got the name of this company off of Angie's List, and I was totally pleased with the service provided. Chris Rowland was extremely professional and did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my carpet. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent carpet-cleaning sevice.

Phenomenally. I found Mr. Rowland through Angies List and all the raves are deserved. Mr. Rowland was completely courteous, efficient and patient during a complicated week of trying to get him into my daughter's apartment while she was in another city sick, her roommate was there but was still trying to move out, and I was 500 miles away trying to orchestrate. He stuck with us, he was prompt, he came back when he couldn't access the apartment the first time, and he did a phenomenal job. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

We picked Rowland's based on the glowing stories on Angies. The quality was good - but it took 10 days and multipel phone calls to get the rugs picked up and delivered. I'm not sure if Rowland's just doesn't service Mt. Pleasant much and we were out of his way. We also work so pickup had to be in the afternoon when our kid's babysitter was home after 3. However that just doesn't seem that complicated to me to use a two hour window every day. He kept promising to pick up or drop off rugs and then would no show, very frustrating.

Overall the experience was totally satisfactory.

The price was reasonable. The job was done well. They were very responsive.

Excellent job. I called in the morning, he was at the house that afternoon and the job was done an hour and a half later. I would definitely use him agin, without a doubt. He's been cleaning carpets for more than thirty years and it shows.

He was very nice, asked me exactly what I wanted and what had happened to the carpets. I had babysit a German Shepherd pup for 4 months and he ruined my carpets. He had used the area rug for a bathroom. After Mr. Rowland was done, the carpets are like new again and the area rug has no stains and no smells and looks brand new.

Carpets look like new, job was done efficiently, and was a great quality job.

Placed call to Chris Rowland, owner, and made appointment for rug cleaning. He called before appointment to confirm and was professional and on time. He took rug with him at my request and returned cleaned rug as scheduled (again calling before arrival to confirm I would be home). I am pleased with the work done and would recommend Chris's company if you are looking for excellent service.

He's a very nice man and you feel comfortable having him in our house. He was very professional. He even found a way to run the hose through the window, rather than dragging it through the home. The owner (Chris) is actually the person who completed the work.

I had a tenant move out and leave behind a large stain. Chris bailed me out and drove to the other side of town to perform the cleaning. He did have a min. charge of $100, but cleaned two large rooms just because he was already there. I would use him again!

Chris replies to your phone call with in minutes. He sets up the appointment and if he is going to be 5 min. late he calls you. He enters my home and looks over every room, decides which place needs extra TLC as in spot pre treatments, is very careful with furniture, pets, plants etc. He very courteous and helpful. My neighbor has used them. He pays extreme attention to all details. I have used his cleaning company for over 20 years now and have seen him work miracles on carpets I thought were ready to go to the trash. He deserves an A +++ grade. I recommend him to all of my friends.
