 + 0 moreOverall I felt like I was ripped off since they offered a warranty.
Description of Work: My husband and I bought a mattress and the base of the mattress. After a few years the mattress was sagging and sinking. We called the warranty services and they set up an appointment to check the mattress. A guy checked the mattress and he said that the mattress was sinking below a certain level and that rooms to go customer service will call me. The customer service called me and told me that the warranty is avoid since the mattress was on the floor. I said the mattress has the base on the bottom and the mattress is on top of the base.
