I called Ron after our kitchen ceiling leaked during a heavy rain storm. His crew was at my house the next morning and the work was completed before sunset. Not only was the job priced fair but the communication was always fast & easy. I couldn't recommend them enough. Honest, fair, local company!

I couldnt have been more pleased with the professional customer service and the quality workmanship of my roofing repairs. They even returned to make additional improvements after the job was complete! My only complaint would be that I didnt feel like I received prompt responses to my texts or calls, but that is probably just due to how in demand Atlantic Coast is. & I understand that he has hired someone to handle that now.

Ron came out to give an estimate within a couple days of contacting Atlantic. I had contacted 3 other companies. One refused to do repairs at this time, one never showed up to provide my requested estimate nor did they bother getting in contact and the third never responded period. The roofers that came out were polite and professional. They were a little over estimate but as long as my roof is good to go I can live with the $200. Increase due to more damage than expected.

Ron was very responsive to my initial call; he had a family emergency and apologized for taking 3 business days to reply. In this town, I'm lucky to get a reply at all!! Following this, he was at my house the next day for a free estimate, knew the issue at once and ready to work the same week. The estimate also came in about $500 less than I had budgeted. Jeff arrived to do the work on time. He also found a couple of other spots that needed repaired; explained the reasons, my options and quickly began those repairs as well. Due to weather they had to return a 2nd day but kept in constant contact with me and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this team for any roofing concerns.

They did a fantastic job. Work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. They cleaned up all of the debris and remnants of the old roof as well as the scrap shingles. You could not even tell they had been there. This house is right on the beach with a multi-level roof. Top roof being about 50 feet up. The guys had to work in very windy conditions and watching them work you could tell they were all very experienced workers. The communication was excellent. The owners as well as the workers were great to work with. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Ron Spivey returned our call quickly and came promptly to look and provide an estimate. He was quickly able to identify the problem as a damaged "pipe collar" and we were happy with the quoted price. The repair went smoothly and we would certainly work with this company again for future needs.

We did not have any leaks or known issues, but I could tell that the roof was reaching the end of its useful life during my own inspections. Ron came out to do an assessment, and was early for the appointment. We got along very well and he was able to answer all my questions satisfactorily. Atlantic Coast was one of three estimates we got, and it was not the cheapest. However, I felt much more comfortable that working with Ron and his team would be less stressful and the work would be quality based on other Angie's List reviews. After agreeing on price and start date (about a week out), I had limited contact with Ron. Jeff is the co-owner, and he was on site during my roof replacement. Jeff and I also got along well and he was very receptive to my roofing needs and preferences. His crew took care not to damage the yard, covered bushes during demolition, and did an excellent job with cleanup. I observed the work off and on throughout the two-day job and feel confident the work was done correctly. I walked the roof after the job and have no real issues with the work. The warranty gives me peace of mind that if any issues should arise, we will be taken care of.

Ron was responsive and communicative and did the job as quoted when he said he was going to do it. It hasn't rained hard since he did the repairs, but the work looks good, he knew what he was talking about and I expect the repairs to be sound. Upon his review he noticed that his guy had left some nails and old shingles on the roof so offered to have him come back by and fully clean up, which is appreciated.

Ron and his crew did a superb job in all phases of a complete roof replacement and is highly recommended as a reliable contractor who provides the highest quality work at a fair price. While our home was on the market it had a sudden leak leaving a wet spot on the garage ceiling. We were in a bind. Ron came to our home, provided an estimate and relaxed our roof, all within a weeks time. He was prompt, professional. The installation took 2 days. They removed all old shingles with architectural shingles. They cleaned up all debris.

I hired Ron because he was the only contractor that showed up when he said he would and got his estimate to me when he said he would. His communication was great through the whole process and he really worked with us when what we hoped would be a "small" project turned into a big one. I called Ron to get a quote for leak repair in the morning and he met me at the house the next day exactly on time. I called other roofers prior to him to look at it, and they couldn't really tell me the issues. After describing the problem, Ron immediately knew what was wrong and said he had fixed the problem on other singles before. He sent a detailed quote a few days later, and I asked him to begin work. Once his guys started the job, they uncovered an additional issue that would normally cost an additional $400-$500 worth of work, but Ron said they would fix it at no additional cost! The repair was finished in about a day and I haven't seen any issues since. I would highly recommend Roofing by Atlantic Coast. Ron was a really nice guy, knowledgeable, and very professional in every way.
