They were very professional and personable. I can't really speak to the price because I don't know what the average would be, and insurance covered the majority of the repair cost. But Regency made our car look like new again, replacing the front bumper and grille, the driver's side fender, fixing the damage that wasn't visible as well. I would recommend them if you get in an accident.

On a recent trip, a semi threw a huge tire thread which hit the front bottom of my bumper. I did not report total cost since it was covered except for my $300 deductible. They run a very tight ship. If I needed collision repair in the future this is where I'd go. I think that says it all!

It went very well. Everyone there was very polite and respectful. The work was finished one day earlier than estimated. The cost was less than estimated and my car was clean and ready to drive when I picked it up. Regency was recommended to me and I will recommend them to other people.

It looked like a small problem 5' X 7' X 3/4 deep, dent in front fender but took it to 3 'paintless dent removal' places, all said, no, take it to a body shop, Took it to Regency, thought their quote of $500 was a lot of money, but 2 other shops quoted me much higher, one: $700...
They did a great job, I cannot tell that there was ever a dent there, and the paint was a perfect match. So it may seem like a lot of money for a dent but their work was first class. Also every one there were respectful, kind, very willing to explain everything they were to do in detail, and they were on time. I would recommend them. James was great.
