After growing up fishing, surfing, and playing football in the Lowcountry, Joe enlisted in the Marine Corps and spent 8 years serving and working towards a degree. After moving back to Charleston and beginning a family, he learned the importance of great customer service while running his own restaurant. Looking to return to the work which ignited his entrepreneurial spirit as a young man...Rather Fish was born!
