The home that was to be worked on was part of mother-in-law's estate and as such my husband was required to get more than one estimate. He was so impressed by the quality of the workmen, their knowledge, and professionalism that, even though he felt the price much higher than he had expected, he would be getting high quality for his money and would have hired them.
Description of Work: The two men that came to give an estimate were prompt and were two of the most professional, knowledgeable, and throughout workmen my husband had ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They pointed out a number of places inside the home where damage had occurred due to foundation failure. Throughout the inspection they made detailed draft drawings from the precision measurements taken, took pictures that documented that foundation damage, and where possible, took my husband to the sight to show him the damage as they documented it. Ram Jack offers a lifetime transferrable guarantee; however, the new owner must pay $25.00 to have it transferred. The estimate was about $16,500 and the was based on not finding any additional problems.
