The technician left the wire hanging outside the breaker panel for "safety" and charged my wife a $90 service call. She was not given any receipt...other than our processed check.
I called the technician directly on his cell phone and he told me he would get with the owner, Joe Beasley, to work up an estimate of still necessary repairs. I called Proficiency Electric the next day, during their business hours and got their voicemail. I left a message for Joe Beasley to call me back.
That was 5 days ago and I haven't heard from them at all. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
