The technician left the wire hanging outside the breaker panel for "safety" and charged my wife a $90 service call. She was not given any receipt...other than our processed check. I called the technician directly on his cell phone and he told me he would get with the owner, Joe Beasley, to work up an estimate of still necessary repairs. I called Proficiency Electric the next day, during their business hours and got their voicemail. I left a message for Joe Beasley to call me back. That was 5 days ago and I haven't heard from them at all. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Description of Work: I called Proficiency Electric, because my main electrical panel in my older home had just "arced" and the owner, Joe Beasley, lived locally. Joe told me he would send someone the next morning, between 8:00-9:00am. A technician came at 11:00 am, while I was at work and my wife was home. The technician disconnected power at the meter, pulled out the large main "service" wire that had arced in my panel, and put fresh electrical tape on a bad splice.
