What a great relief and peace of mind we’ve found in hiring Paws and Tails Pet Care as a pet sitter for our cats. I appreciated Paula scheduling a meet and greet before our trip to take notes and meet our cats. I loved the detailed notes that Caroline left for us on daily activities and notes on their behavior. She also texted photos of our kitties while we were away! We arrived home to cats that were relaxed and well behaved instead of stressed kitties that have missed us. Paula is VERY efficient. She loves animals of all kinds, works part time at Charleston Animal Society (no-kill shelter). Paula came over before the service and met the kitties, took notes about each one's characteristics, and saw all the litter boxes that needed care. She took care of our cats while we visited family on west coast for 6 days over CHRISTMAS holidays. Very reasonable fee, she visited twice daily. Cats were fed well, house was clean, cats were not stressed. She left detailed notes of each days visit. Very pleased with services. If you need a pet sitter, this company is the best!

Paula and Becky have taken great care of our dogs, Julia and Dilly, numerous times while we were out of town. Julia requires special attention, and they have been loving and patient with her. They have been consistently reliable & kind and have texted us frequently to assure us that all is well. Thanks so much, Paula and Becky!

Paula Davis came to my home twice a day to feed and care for my cat. She cleaned her litter box and spent time with my cat on all of her visits. My cat, April, is a very friendly, older cat. She greeted Paula with a meow. Paula brushed her and spent time with her and April loves the attention. Paula's charge of $18.00 per visit which is $36.00 a day for me, is on the high side. However, I take great comfort in knowing that April is safe and well cared for in my absence. Paula is reliable and responsible and truly likes the animals that are in her care.

Paula was fantastic! She took such great care of our pets and I would not hesitate to have her watch our four-legged kids again. I was very impressed with the detailed notes she took at our consult and how comfortable the cats seemed with her. We will definitely use her services again.

Paula has been great with our pets. We have a newly adopted rescue dog which can be fearful of strangers in our home. She handles him with ease and he has grown more comfortable with Paula's visits. All of our pets enjoy having her come for a visit and look forward to the walk or stimulation she provides. It always makes it a little easier leaving your pets when you have someone you can trust caring for them.

Paula is excellent.  I have used her many times!  She comes during the timeframes I request and follows instructions regarding my house and pets to a "T"!  
On numerous occasions, I've needed to call her last minute needing her services that day and also had to call to extend services.  She has always been very responsive and gives my dogs lots of attention.
She is highly professional and very serious about her business.  She leaves detailed notes of each and every visit.  I completely trust her in my home and with my beloved pets "my girls"!

Paula did great.  She wrote detailed notes and described their behavior perfectly.   She also asked about toys and took time to play with them.  The price was very reasonable at $17 per day.
Evidently she has a few clients in the neighborhood.  She was recommended by another pet sitter on Angie's list that moved and had stopped pet sitting in this part of Charleston.
