 + -1 moreJim works by the hour, very reasonable pricing. He will buy all parts or you can get them. He does not mark up parts. He arrives promptly, is very quiet and cleans up the area. He works a lot at Wild Dunes and comes highly recommended. I believe the man can do anything.
Description of Work: Installed ceiling fan in tray ceiling, including new box and wiring. Installed undercounter lights with new wall switches. Installed two new ceiling cans in kitchen, including new wiring. Patched soffit on outside. Repaired squirrel hole in attic.
