I marvel at the beauty of my flooring every day.

They did alright. I liked the floors but for the installation they had a little to be desired. The biggest problem I had with them was the installation. I will use them again.

We were extremely happy with the work done by Palmetto Hardwoods. The men arrived as promised. The work was completed as on time. The job was well done. I had good follow-up with the company, as well.

The job was done beautifully. John ( the owner) gave me a detailed description of my options and helped me decided the best route to follow. Scheduling was easy, and his crews showed up on time and finished on schedule. The equipment was first class and amazingly little dust was left--in part because the crew wiped down many of the surfaces by hand before applying the finish. After the last coat was applied another crew arrived to reinstall the molding around the floor perimeter. The floor and the molding trim look great and I couldn't be happier. There may be companies out there that would do the job cheaper but you will not be disappointed by the quality of the finished job and the craftsmanship and professionalism of this outfit. First class from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the initial estimate visit, their ability to work within my schedule (get the floors done right after the painter finished, just before the movers came with our furniture). They showed up on time the day they were scheuled, the two men who came were very personable, and explained what they were going to do, worked hard, and it was finished when they said it would be. We were very pleased with every aspect of the work this company performed. We had one room that was so stacked with boxes and other items, that we had to delay doing refinishing it. When we get it "clear" we will probably have them back to do that room - they included it as a separate item on the estimate to be done later. We have never had this type of hardwood floors before, and wanted to choose a company to refinish them that we felt knew just what do do. They are special, and different from the poly-eurathaned oak floors we had in the house we just sold. I chose them mainly because I felt they seemed to know just what to do, one of the other companies I took a bid from, seemed to be recommending old techniques and I did not feel confient choosing them. We are thrilled with the result!

They were prompt and helpful even through some problem areas. When they couldn't get the stains removed with the floor buffer, they regrouped and used the floor sander with fine grit sandpaper. Even though they lost a half day regrouping, they still finished on time.

Great. It matched perfectly. No problems.
