Wow! What can I say about such great service and quality??!!  My Team at Palmetto Craftsman, Brody Brown, Bud Hay, and Don Cubberly were a fantastic trio! My Foreman, Don Cubberly, was one of the most conscientious people I have ever met! From start to finish they are a first rate company.  Their quality is outstanding!!  Even now, months after I have moved in when little things need tweaking, and they always do on a huge job like this, I can call them and they are on it immediately.  Yes they are more expensive than some of the other contractors but I am getting a rock solid quality rehab. And I am no neophyte at this.  I have built about 20,000 square feet of new construction and rehabbed 7000 more in my lifetime.  These guys are the best!  I wish them continued success in their business!

They did an amazing job remodelling a rental property for us on Folly Beach. They were prompt with a quote which accurately detailed all of the costs. Their workmen and foremen did an exceptional job and were very nice to have in our house. The quality of the work is fantastic. They let us know promptly of any changes or issues. I would definently use them again.

I don't imagine it could have gone any smoother. The company has an excellent reputation and Mr. Warren, in particular, is very easy to work with. He's extremely professional and yet friendly and warm. He patiently waited out the inevitable marital difference on decision-making as the project moved along. We've already decided to redo a bathroom because he was so easy to work with. Most major renovations leave the homeowner needing to take a break before they lay eyes on general or sub-contractors.
