Anthony determined it was an overheating issue and put in an additional cooling fan on the pc case.About three months later the issue returned. Anthony then made adjustments to the primary original cooling fan allowing it to run at a faster speed which corrected the problen, however, it was very noisy running at the higher speed and disruptive to me. At my request, Anthony located a super quite more powerful replacement fan and installed it at my office which required considerable disassembly of the pc.I have had no other issues since this repair of more than 6 months. I feel that Anthony Scolaro, owner of Palmetto Computer Service is a very talented and honest technician and I will use hin again if the need arises. He also has helped me with networking issues and I find him to be fair with the cost of all services performed.

Excellent service. I found Anthony on Craig's list, emailed him with my needs, he phoned me back within the hour, came to my house that afternoon. A previous tech spent several hours working on the wireless network and still didn't get me up and running. Anthony had the problem handled in 1 hour!
