All work was done quickly and professionally. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend One Hour heating and air !!!

I replaced my entire AC system upstairs and downstairs with them 4 years ago for over $10k and have had the ongoing maintenance with them since. We had a storm earlier this week in Mount Pleasant and one of the units had a panel go bad along with the thermostat. They came out yesterday to fix it, told me nothing was under warranty since it was caused by the weather. Charged me $100 for the visit and $800 for the parts. What a complete scam. I feel completely screwed by this company at this point and will not be staying with them for the maintenance plan going forward. Buyer beware...

Great.. arrived on time, conscious of not getting anything dirty ( wore shoe covers) did checks & added some items he thought could help with quality of air & filtering. Very qualified employee, Shawn.

Their maintenance program is a waste of money. They are suppose to do preventative maintenance to extend the life of the equipment but in fact they do nothing. One of my unit was inspected 8 times with nothing to report and then the 9th inspection they told me that the air handler was rusted out. Has we know rust doesn't appear in 6 months (Time between the 2 inspections) .A few months after that last inspection the air handler started to leak and had to be replace. Their maintenance program is basically a way to be the first one in when the system failed they don;t do anything to extend the life and prevent breakdown.. Their maintenance program is a scam
