"Mr. [Member Name Removed] I looked into this service call and it appears you used the Angie's list website for your primary communication with me and we do not use this on a day to day basis we prefer to talk directly with you especially to offer you service and get you scheduled promptly . Nevertheless less I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered and would be more than happy to personally work with you on your next project and compensate you."
The owner himself came to do the work & he is such a delightful young man. You know how you can just tell that a person is honest, good through & through? He was like that. I will definitely be calling on him again in the future.
"[removed member name], Thank you for the kind words we look forward in working with you in the future."
Put in faulty can lights that blinked like old disco balls. Then tried to say he did some of this because we weren't paying him; we paid every invoice in a timely manner except the final one. He demanded final payment that day but I told him to wait until Monday to be sure everything was working, which was rare.
"We have worked with (Removed member name) several times in the past and always had a great experience , pleases with our workmanship and customer satisfaction which is why she requested us to do a new kitchen remodel. We were fully committed with work but because she was a valued customer we made time to help her since the Carpenter's electrician could not make it. This job had no plans or prints so I took it upon my self to draw her different layouts for lighting and outlets , in which she was very pleased but I still understood that there maybe some changes to meet her needs as the project is under way. She was acting as the GC, so she was coordinating all the trades on the job which can be stressful and confusing. It was tough to read the negative comments because during the project we were never notified about any issues with workmanship or debris spread out everywhere, that's something we take seriously . Towards the very end of the project the customer requested us to rewire all of her outlets and switches which was another 1800.00 dollars worth of work so if those negative statements above are true I don't think someone would want to add more work to the job. We have always checked in and out after each day of work , ensuring the customer was pleased and requested how we can be of service, we also do a walk through of the job so we can make note of any corrections before final payment. We are fully committed to our jobs and projects because we seek the satisfaction at the end."
We plan to use him again to add an new circuit for our porch and to also address the items noticed in our panel.
I agreed and told them to go ahead with the work although this end price was NOT what we discussed over the phone. I believe I was pretty clear initially about what work I needed done. I think the owner either didn't pay close attention to what I was asking for or he totally misunderstood. In the end they were able to complete all the work in a timely manner and overall I felt the electricians were competent with the installation and repair. They arrived pretty much on time (there was some confusion about our exact location) and communicated well.
"[member name removed], Thank you for the kind words its always appreciated. It appears there was an issue with the cost. We quoted you over the phone for the items you requested but when we arrived on site there was a few more items that you wanted us to do as well as you asking to go to the store and pick up more materials. This wasn't a problem at all, we just had to remind you of what was quoted and what was in addition."
"Mrs [member name removed], I apologize for not responding back to an email you have sent requesting an estimate. I'm not sure why I didn't receive it but if we can do anything for you to create a better experience at this time please let me know my calling me directly 843 302 6822 ~ Jrff"
"[member name removed], Thank you and please call if you have any electrical questions or ideas!"
