Action Regulation, I offer 2 types of tunings. A Fine Tuning is for the piano that is regularly tuned and is near standard pitch. For the piano that has not been tuned in some time, I offer a Double Tuning. I make 1 pass over all 88 keys and get them near standard pitch. Then I make a 2nd pass to Fine Tune them. I offer Voicing, Restringing & Grand Piano Cleaning., it will drop in pitch in addition to being out of tune. In this case
