I don't think they work on cars and they don't do oil changes on cars and that type of thing. They are more of a commercial vehicle place. They do an excellent job. If you have a large truck or commercial vehicle  they are excellent.

The service nothing because I had a free oil change. The staff seems knowledgeable, friendly, and seems trustworthy. My overall experience seemed positive and I feel confident with them.

I went to Mark's to have them check out why my car would not start. It took them a while to get back to me and let me know the fuel pump needs to be replaced. They quoted me $799 for the fuel pump in which they will sell to me for $654. Then the labor would be about $150 on top of that.
Doing some research, the same fuel pump was selling between $350-$450 online. After telling them this, they told me I can bring in the part myself and they will install it with only labor costs. However, if I buy from them I will get 90 day warranty on the labor and 12 month warranty in case the fuel pump goes out again.
I suppose they charge $200 for convinience and warranty in this case. The lady at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have gone there a couple times before for oil changes and recommendations on maintenance. She will recommend other businesses if Mark's will not be the best price. She also told us about the 10% discount if you just mention the website, so be sure to do that because the other guys will not!
Overall, I am satisfied with Mark's. I think they are a little pricey, but they complete quality work.
