Initially it looked like the service was done correctly but problems showed up later. I had 3 units installed:
1. In one unit, the tech did not remove a cardboard tab to activate a drain line and it flooded my attic and dripped into the dining room. The tech initially blamed an uneven floor, but I had pictures of the tab in place and got the manger involved. They admitted to the error and paid for the repair.
2. A drain line was plugged in the basement installation. They installed the drain line and when the first repair guy saw the installation he was disgusted and demanded that the installer return to fix the problem. The installer did return and fix the problem and they did pay for the drywall repairs from the water damage.
After these 2 problems, and the dishonesty by the first repair guy, I changed companies. Strange but they contacted me several times to reinstate service but I would have none of it.
