Maid Perfect of Charleston is locally owned and operated and services the entire Charleston, Tri-County area. Sheryl Williams is the owner and has over 17 years experience in the industry. Sheryl was the former owner of the Merry Maids franchise from 1994-2005. Sarah Williams is the operations manager for Maid Perfect. Our goal is to give you a detailed job that makes your life easier and gives you time to focus on other areas of your life, such as your family, your career, or school. We are huge believers in communication with our customers! Employees at Maid Perfect of Charleston are screened, trained, bonded, and insured. We won't send anyone into your home that we would not be comfortable sending into our own homes! We are happy to give you an on-site estimate if you are interested in regular service or our hourly rates if you are interested in a one-time cleaning. We offer weekly, beweekly, triweekly, and monthly services. In addition to residential services, we are happy to offer commercial cleanings such as offices, construction cleanings, and rental property cleanings and services. For rental properties, we provide linen services(we are happy to use your linens or you can rent ours) and starter kits, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. We guarantee our work!! We are also happy to show you our current and up to date documentation showing that we have bonding insurance, liability insurance, and worker's compensation insurance! Our estimates are 100% free and we also offer our customers a referral program that earns them $25 in credit for each referral!We are happy to provide references!We would be glad to meet with you in person so that we can customize our cleanings to be the way that you would like for them to be. Communication is the key! We believe in answering our telephone! We want to hear from you. We appreciate feedback!We can communicate with you as much or as little as you would like!Our goal is to take some of the stress out of your life! I've been using Maid Perfect for years and have never been disappointed. Sheryl is a dedicated and responsive owner, and her staff is excellent. We trust them in our home and in our business. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house after they've been there. It smells great, everything is clean and in place.

We have been loyal customers to Maid Perfect of Charleston for years.  Sheryl and her teams show up on time, do a fantastic job and always works with our schedules (which changes weekly).  We have never had one issue and they do a phenomenal job.  If you want someone to do the job right, at a price that is reasonable and is trustworthy and honest, Maid Perfect of Charleston should be your first choice.  The ladies come in to help us as our busy schedules keeps us for keeping up the cleaning in our home.  They help us make time for family which is the reason why we have used them for so long.  Anything we ask will be done and what is the most important job to me gets done perfectly every time.   They have also assisted us in the cleaning of our rental properties and we would recommend them to everyone that asks.

Two workers arrived very late. I had to call the office twice. I had purchased a 4 hour special cleaning deal. They left after 1 hr and 45 minutes. After they left I checked the rooms they had done, and I had to redo the all the floors. There was dirt left on all the floors.In one bedroom there was dirt/debris around the legs of a small cabinet that must have been brought in by a dirty mop. There were long dark hairs, and no one with that type hair has been in this house. I swept and took photos of the dirt in each room. I called the office and expressed my displeasure and was told that they would redo the house at another time. I said I'd send the photos, but after thinking it over I decided that I just didn't want to go through having the company here again. The women who came were pleasant, and I felt comfortable having them in my house, but the quality of work was poor. The only reason I am not giving an F rating is that I was offered another cleaning at no cost, even though I will not take it.

If you will look at our other reviews, we have a whole lot of A's. But with every maid service or every business for that matter, whether it's a restaurant, automotive service, etc. where there are humans involved, everyone has bad days sometimes. I am also sorry that the team left 15 minutes early. There is always something that can be done in a house. I will again give you the offer of a team of 2 for 2 hours at no charge. If you would like a full refund, feel free to call me and let me know how much you paid. We guarantee our work. Overall they did a good job.  However, we had a few correctable issues:  communication issues within Maid Perfect (no one showed up at my house at the scheduled time) and left early when items were not completed.  Maid Perfect was quick to send out a crew once I notified them that no one was here.  They also quickly sent out a crew when it was noted that items were not completed and my time was shorted.  Overall, I would recommend them to friends.  Great customer service is hard to find and they definitely were concerned.  Thanks Maid Perfect!

They were supposed to be here at 9 AM.  After waiting until approximately 9:30, I gave them a call.  There was no record on the daily list for a crew to come to me.  I saved every email and even verified the date and time.  After speaking with Sheryl, she checked into everything and I later learned that she went herself to find a crew to come down.  Se called me back and we agreed to a new time of 11 AM.  The crew was very good.  Dusting and cleaning especially doing the blinds and things that are getting hard for me to do.  I did receive a follow uo call which is definitely good business.  I would definitely use them in the future..

Fiorina and Melody (Not positive of their names) arrived about 9:00am, listened to my detailed list of cleaning items, and went to work. They spent a full hour scrubbing the master bedroom and bath, until it sparkled. They dusted and mopped the floors, cleaned the tiles, toilet, and tub, and dusted all furniture surfaces. They spent another hour scrubbing the kitchen floor, counter tops, cook tops, microwave, and other surfaces. They also cleaned all the floors throughout, as well as the rugs. And, they made the entry way, both inside and out, look inviting, like new.  They finished up after about 3.5 hours, as promised, asked if there was anything else to clean, then left about 12:30pm.  The house now looks and smells clean and fresh, despite the fact that I have a large Lab-mix dog that stays inside all the time.

I bought an Angie's List coupon for a house cleaning to have my house thproughly cleaned before my friends came to visit from out of town. The quality was fantastic. The girls worked hard the entire time and covered all of the details. Baseboards, door handles, electrical switch plates, above the trim on doors and windows, etc. I didn't have to follow them around to ask them to do things they missed the way I have had to with other companies in the past. I was very happy with the results.

They were a bit slow being able to schedule the work, and then on the day scheduled, it turned out that "an office temp" had not put the service into the work schedule.  Thus, the owner knew they had agreed to do the service, but had no one scheduled to do it.  She came herself and pulled someone off another job to do what they had agreed to. They worked hard and very effectively.  We are likely to schedule them for regular service every month or two going forward.

It went great. They came in and told me their names. Then they got their equipment. They asked if there was anything in particular that I wanted to stress while they were cleaning. It was very positive, they were very professional, went about their work quickly, then when they completed their work they asked if there was anything else, they could do because they had sometime. I would use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fair. They allowed a certain amount of time, to do the work, and they just leave when that time runs out. They gave me 3 and half hours, and one of the workers told me that they had 10 minutes left, so if there was anything that I wanted them to do. I told them that the kitchen needed to be cleaned, so they vacuumed the kitchen and left. They didn't take long to get here after I purchased the big deal.They didn't do the dining room, they didn't touch the downstairs bathroom and kitchen. The first girl showed up on time, and the second girl came in late. Somebody called me and I let them know what was not done, and that they were strict about the time, and left as soon as the time was up.

I was REALLY disappointed.Two well meaning girls were the "crew'.their vacuum didn t work and I did not feel they had even the basic tools to do the job(not their fault)Certainly not the commercial type cleaning I had paid out $145 for.The cost was for 3.5 hrs with two people.They announced they were "done"after only 3!!The house was faaar from cleaned to be leaving with a full prepaid hour remaining!.My first and probably last "deal"of angie s list.I didn t follw up to complain to their boss as I felt the lack of professionalism in the crew/tools etc is always a clear reflection of management and as I am healing after surgery,did not need further aggravation.Very bad experience.

They were right on time.  Was pleased with the cleaning of the blinds, fans and baseboards.  Good job of washing floors, vacuum of carpet , cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.  They did miss dusting pictures and wall ornaments, top of refrigerator and top of vanity medicine cabinets.  When I use them again I will make it a point of insuring they do everything asked.
