The crews get here on time and do a good job compared to others I have used. They are responsive to my suggestions and requests.

Most expensive and worst cleaning I've ever had. Left fans filthy. We're to do base boards . Did not. Moped around items. Poor dusting. A guest commented yesterday about what a poor job was done. Embarrassing

Maid Brigade has been cleaning my home twice a month for the past two years.  They always do a great job cleaning and are prompt and professional.  They call the day before to remind me and let me know what time to expect the cleaners to come. I have been very pleased with their service and feel the price is quite reasonable for a 3500SF home.

In fairness they did take $60 off the bill; and offered to re-clean but I needed the deep clean done for my wedding and I scheduled the cleaning for the Monday before the wedding so everything would be spotless for our guests. The company returning to correct the issue was not an option as we had guests arriving on Tuesday.
When I got home the dirty bathrooom rugs were thrown on a chair that had my fiances good work pants on it (dry cleanign costs were part of the bill reduction). None of the moldings over the doors were dusted. The windows on the french doors to the den still had my grandson's fingerprints. The floors under the couches were not sweep. The ceiling fans were not dusted.; the masterbath floor was not cleaned under the vanity or behind the door. On the living room floor I noticed there were water spots on the laminate flooring so I got towels to dry them up and the towel was black from the dirty water.
I beleive the estimate they originally($340)  gave was probably low; the estimate was based on the number of rooms and square footage. I would have rather they had came to the house to give an estimate or when the crew got to the house let us know that it would be more then the orignal hours thought it would take. I would have gladly paid more money and had it done right.

Crew arrived on time which is very important to me. They were very courteous, professional and thorough. They cleaned constantly and the office manager came by to check with me to see if I was pleased or needed anything to be done differently. They had to work a little overtime and they asked me for permission to do so before they continued. There was an extra charge for overtime so they needed approval which I did. They arrived with their own equipment and supplies. I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend this company to anyone.

I especially like their efficiency; 3 ladies can clean my 1700-foot house in 45 minutes. Having them clean the 2 full bathrooms is worth the money. They come at different times each cleaning, but they always call a day in advance to let me know when they'll arrive, and they're always on time. Their efficiency sometimes can be a detriment. One time they forgot to clean the kitchen sink; another time they forgot the plastic drainboard. I use them twice a year for deep cleaning, too. Overall, I'm very pleased, and they use "green" products. (Twice, they've broken a glass item, but the manager would give me a discount on the following visit. I now put away my small, fragile pieces.) They send me a survey to fill out after each visit.

The Maid Brigade did a thorough move-out cleaning after the furniture and boxes had been removed from my daughter's rental house. First of all, they took our last-minute call on Monday afternoon and were able to set up an appointment the next day, with less than 24 hours notice.
Two ladies came at the appointed time and spent three hours cleaning everything from window sills to kitchen cabinets. They did a great job, but there was one area neither they nor their normal equipment and supplies could clean: The living room floor, which is hardwood, had pieces of rug backing stuck like glue in an area where a rubber-backed rug had been for years. When I called the office with my concerns about this --- and I had about two hours before I had to leave for the airport to fly home --- the Maid Brigade owner, Kershaw LeClercq, volunteered to come to the house and help me get the gooey spots up. He came within about 15 minutes of my call, armed with a spray bottle of Goo Gone, some rags and a couple of putty knives. He was on his hands and knees for about 45 minutes cleaning the floor. He was great. Thanks to him, the floor was clean and sticky spots were gone when we turned the house over to the landlord the next day.
One other plus: Earlier in the day, one of the cleaning ladies overheard me making panicked phone calls to find someone to mow the grass and edge the sidewalk and borders in the yard. She handed me a piece of paper with a man's name and phone number and said, "Call him. He's my uncle." Sure enough, Mr. Simmons was able to come that afternoon and take care of the lawn.
All in all, the Maid Brigade really made the house look terrific.And everyone from employees to the boss went the extra mile for us, knowing we couldn't be repeat customers. We should have called them years ago!

My wife was there, she liked them and they did a good job.  I would use them again in the future.

They came out on time.  They charge per visit.  They gave me a quote for one price to clean the house, and the final price was a lot higher.  I would ask people to be careful because their final price was not the quoted price.  I don't think that was very professional.  Their work was okay, but I wouldn't use them again because of the pricing issue.

I called for the initial cleaning, and got a date within a week of calling.  They arrived right on time.  They were very personable and very professional in their cleaning.    It is probably the best cleaning job I have had.  I look forward to having them on a monthly basis.

Everything went well. They showed up on time and went straight to work. They worked steadily, asked questions as needed, and did a great job.

We are a realty company that had a tenant moving in the next day so we needed someone who could come out that day and clean to have it move in ready. Maid brigade did just that, a very professional cleaning. They came out and picked up a key to the apartment that day and brought the key back that day also. When the realtor went to inspect, there was a small issue that needed to be resolved and Maid Brigade, through Kershaw the supervisor, had another person go back out there and immediately resolve this issue. We thank Maid Brigade and Kershaw for such a quck response both times and an excellent job. We will definitely use them again. Thanks Maid Brigade!

I work for a small realty company and needed to find a company quickly that would come right away to clean out an apartment that tenants needed to move into the next day. Maid Brigade were very prompt and did an excellent job of cleaning. They came by our office and got a key and returned it promptly. There was a small issue about one of the areas that needed to be cleaned. When I called over to their office, the manager immediately had someone come over and pick a key back up and went back out to the apartment to correct the problem. I am very pleased with the excellent service and would definitely use them again! Thanks Maid Brigade.

They are alright. They are not great cleaners, but they are fast.

We were in need of a deep house cleaning of our house in a very short time period. Maid Brigade was able to accomodate us immediately and did a great job. They were quick, professional and thorough. I will use them again in the future but the monthly pricing seems just a little bit high.
