On the first trip to Lowes I talked to a very helpful associate who wrote me a preliminary estimate. he advised me to wait until the next week to purchase when the doors were going on sale and told me he was not saving the contract in the system since it woild have to be redone at the sale prices. When I came back i had two other sales persons helping me, both friendly and helpful, but neither was able to navigate Lowe's computer program to write up a new contract. I was rushed for time so I had to leave and return the next day when the original sales person was there. He too struggled with the software but finally was able to get the contract written.
From then on things went much better. The installer called within 2 days as promised, to to make an inspection appointment. They came on time for the inspection and the inspector called me with a problem with some shelves that were in the way which I then removed. The installers came as scheduled and the doors look great and function perfectly . There was no mess left behind. The installers were from Acme Doors Inc. 305 International Circle Summerville who must be on contract with Lowes. So far I am very pleased with the doors, openers and installation. The doors by the way are Relibuilt Lowes rebranded name for Amarr doors and the openers were Chamberlain belt drive openers.

They did a good job. Everything turned out very well for us.

I didn't like the garage doors, so I asked them what the alternatives were. They showed me the garage doors that could withstand 140 mph winds. They really did a great job and I was impressed with there work.

David Smith, the Manager of the Flooring Department at our local Lowes was wonderful! David Smith was patient with all of my questions and requests, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made triple-sure that my order was correct and that I agreed to all of it and the terms and he sent really great delivery people who delivered the order all the way upstairs with no problems and a great attitude. I'd work with Lowes again in this department with no hesitation!
