They were not prepared with the right color grout. They were prompt and they did do very good finished work. Their measurments were correct. For the most part it was a positive experience.

They are just great to deal with. I really liked the service after the sale as they called to follow up with me after they had laid the carpet to see if I was happy or not with their product. I have used them in the past as they have also put new Pella windows in the upstairs of my 3600 square foot home. I would encourage anyone to go there.
