I had an initial appointment on 5/24/21 which for personal reasons I rescheduled to 6/8/21. On 6/2/21 Rhonda emailed asking if I still needed repairs as they had a check from Nationwide and Justin couldn't remember if I had scheduled a date. At that time, we rescheduled my drop off to 6/15/21. On 6/28/21, Nationwide notified me that my rental car was due for return today, AND that my repair had not been started as the shop was still waiting for a part (driver's door). What? Jay at Louie's informed me that they were still waiting on the dealership to find the part. Louie's shop is not "in network" for Nationwide, but Nationwide had provided them a resource for a "recycled" part (guaranteed for life by Nationwide) which the shop chose not to obtain. At this point, I elected to cancel repairs by this shop as they had not obtained the door and I would have to pay out of pocket to keep the rental car. In all fairness to the shop, they were very easy to work with as far as scheduling and rescheduling my repair. However, I find their lack of communication regarding not having the necessary parts highly unacceptable and unprofessional. And, yes, they did know that a rental car had been authorized for a limited time.

Service was great, done as promised in two days time. My car is back to being beautiful! Key drop awesome for busy folks to be able to drop off car the night before. Payment straight from State Farm, the responsible party's insurance. Seamless. I won't put a price since was insurance job and have no idea if comparable.

It's going really well. They have been very helpful and were able to contact insurance company for additional info. They have a very nice facility. They were very friendly.

No complaints. Got two quotes and these guys were $200 less than coastal collision. Repair was completed on schedule. Everyone was professional and repair looks great.

Louie and Sons are the best. Over the past 18 years I've gone to them to do body work on three cars. They do outstanding work and do it on time. You would never know my cars were in an accident. They are fantastic. True pros.

My car got into a fight with a yellow post in a parking garage and the post won. Louie and Sons did an excellent job of repairing and repainting practically the entire right side of my car. Their professionalism made the ordeal as painless as possible and the job was very well done and at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

The insurance company sent me to an appraiser for two separate damaged areas. The appraiser (body shop for large dealership) quoted two separate fees meaning two deductibles. Jude, the manager at Louie and Sons, fixed the more severely damaged area and was able to buff out the other damaged areas which greatly decreased my cost to repair. You can't tell where the damage had been and this is a Lexus - I'm fussy! Jude did the buffing himself and he didn't charge any extra for doing it.
A beautiful job, done on time, cost savings, and Jude and the staff were very nice to deal with. Highly recommended!
