Ken Leland arrived at 6PM, after turning around from his trip home - he didn't know he'd be coming here. He verified that the switch was bad and replaced it - the work took about half an hour, mainly because the switch was in our attic space. Mr. Leland was terrific and we would definitely use him for any future work.
