Awesomely professional, above & beyond what we discussed ! Great preparation before performing the actual Termidor Termite treatment.. Great attention to details and rechecking them to ensure professional due diligence completion. Having the owner on-site for over two hours was the icing on the cake...and I love icing!!! All service companys should operate like this in their client relationships!!!

I have found 3x now that whatever Ledford's uses does not seem as effective as other companies, we have had to have them come back out repeatedly for continued live roaches. They are always kind, but not the best repellent we have had with other companies.

We did have an issue with some tiny ants and although he sprayed for that, we did have them back in about a week, but, you know, I guess it all depends if you leave stuff out, it is bound to happen.

They've been very good and I've been pleased with their service. They come by once a year and do a pretty thorough check and provide me with a certificate. They're polite, they give me a call and arrange the time, and they're usually here at the time that they say they're going to be here.

Apparently, I din't have a bond, so they will not repair the damage, only kill the termites. I presume that they have. Read your contract carefully.

We called Ledford's at 4:00 o'clock pm. Mr. Ledford came to our home the next morning at 9:30am and performed the inspection. Although he was scheduled to go to meetings that day, he sent his crew under his son's direction that same day to treat the house. He also came back to personally make sure everything was done right. These folks are just wonderful people who make their customers feel that they really care about the quality of the work they perform. I will use them for annual inspection and treatments from now on.

I have been dealing with Ledford's since 1991. If they find any they come and spray it and they do what they need to do. They come out every spring. I will continue to use them.

I phoned the office to get their price on treating my home for pest control. I told her that I was having problems especially with fleas. She quoted me $90 for the treatment. Kyle, who was extremely professional, sprayed my home. He had told me that my pets and myself should leave my home for approximately 3 hrs. I told him that the office had not explained that to me but we would leave. We got back about 3 1/2 hrs later and every thing was fine. I noticed yesterday that we had palmetto bugs. I just called the office to tell them that I am still having a pest problem. After looking in their records, they told me that I did not have a complete pest control. And if I wanted him to come back out, it would be another $50. I told her that when I called to order the service I wanted the pest-control and I was also having a major problem with fleas. At this point, she told me that it was $50 for him to come back out. I told her no thank you. I would never use Ledfords again.

"We are very sorry for the misunderstanding as far as what service was done and the charge for that service. The office understood that you wanted a flea service only and that was what you were charged for and what the technician treated for. The application of pesticides for a flea service and a general pest control service is entirely different and an entirely different pesticide or pesticides are used for a general pest control service. Had we done a general pest control service and a flea service, the charge would have been $140.00 for both services based on the square footage of your home. The additional $50.00 charge would be to come out and apply the necessary pest control pesticides in the appropriate application method for a general pest control service. Once again, we apologize for any miscommunication."

The experience was very good. There was one gentleman that they sent over, and I had asked for the green pest control and he sort of talked me out of it. I called the company and they fixed it by sending someone else who redid the job. I was satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience with them. They are very reputable and they don't try to up sale you things you don't need like other pest control companies. They had integrity and the salesman was very relaxed, cordial and personable. We felt like we were getting our monies worth and they treated us like they wanted our long term business.

They all come and go quickly. They remind me about my termites by keeping me up to date and things like that. They charge $70 quarterly. For termites, it is about $250 a year. They have an infinite program. If I refer people, they give me a discount. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with them. Their price hasn't gone up inordinately high over many years. They are certainly easily accessible. I had ants one time, and they came right out and things like that. They don't put me off.
