Well, I have had problems with the Pinnacle recliner since I have had it. I have ask for a different chair and after spending $5,000.00 there you would think they would do it. I had Berkline before this and it lasted almost 20 years with no problem. Sitting in this chair, I have to sit on a pillow or I feel like I am sitting on the floor, very hard. They say they are going to replace the Bottom of the chair and restuff the back of the chair. They won't exchange. Not happy. Bought the chair in August of 2014 and have not been happy and tried getting them to do something about it.
