Kohler Moving and Storage

So so. Banged up the walls but compensated a modest amount. I think they wasted a lot of time wrapping the furniture and then taping it they must have used a kazillion rolls of tape to wrap the furniture.

Very well, very good packers. Loading and moving crew very nice and knowledgeable. Only issue was they did not wrap patio furniture with furniture pads and they were damaged by wear marks. Removed areas of the finish. Make sure they wrap all furniture even the patio furniture.

PERFECT!!! Albert Kohler and his crew were professional and performed the move flawlessly. Turned a dreaded experience into a fine day. Thanks, Albert!!

Koehler' s owner and workers did a wonderful job! I would recommend them to anyone, and will use them again. They were organized and helped each other so that there was no wasted time. All was handled carefully, and they were quick to address any of my questions.

Gave an estimate of cost and dropped off packing material several days before. Mr Kohler his crew arrived on time to pack. Packed moving a in one day. Truck was rerouted in SC because of storm flooding-arrived 221 on due date. We received $500 at arrival, over estimated original. We referred Kohler to neighbor in SC, they used him satisfactorily. The crew was respectful & caring. (4500# 6 bdrm home) to 3500# 3 bdrm.

Albert and his crew were fast and efficient.  They were pleasant to work with and did a great job!  They wrapped all of my furniture in blankets and taped them up to keep them safe from dings and breakage.  I would recommend them!

They were pretty good.  They moved the things but they did break a leg on my bed but they did repair it and responded by giving us a frame to use while they repaired the bed.   So those things happened but it wasn’t perfect.

Albert has his team did a wonderful job of moving my family 3 years ago. He was right there working with his team and even handling my worrisome wife. His team was on time and efficent. They even finished under budget. I was really impressed with his business and will use them again (if we ever move).

Excellent. They showed up on time, didn't complain, handled the furniture with care.

I had been assured by Mr. Kohler that this company did not hire people off of the street, but had all trained professional movers on their team. We were billed for 7 movers, but watching them work I would say that only 3 were professionally trained, 3 were adequate for the job, but needing constant supervision, and 1 was physically too weak and inexperienced to do his part, and resulted in numerous damages. 5 pieces of our furniture were dropped and showed damage (which might have been prevented if they had been wrapped from the bottom, and not just around the top and sides), the doorways in both houses were gouged, brand new wood floors were marred and dented from their moving the refrigerator, dropping the dolly, and the refrigerator ended up with a mysterious dent in the front that it didn't have before. 1 item was "lost"; recovered about 1 week later, but had been broken, and nailed back together. We were paying premium cost, and feel that we were given inferior service. I called to communicate our dissapointment to Mr. Kohler, but he did not attempt to make any restitution for the poor service. We not only won't use this company again, but would urge others to look elsewhere for their moves.
