He doesn?t charge very much and he comes out about once a year. Our neighbor had his unit installed by him. My neighbor is pretty intelligent and pretty fussy. So if he is satisfied, I can also be satisfied.

He did an excellent job, he did not have to do any work, but he spent about one hour with us and making sure that there was no problems with our heat pumps.
