Amy Zonarich was very helpful and informative about the area we were looking to buy a house in. Before we even met in person she was able to work with our schedule and set up appointments. She is very knowledgeable about the area and found a house for my family that suits are needs and is close to work!

I started working with Christopher  Louviere with Backporch Properties a few months ago. I was relocating from GA to the Charleston area. Christopher knew I was limited to the number of house hunting trips I could make, he did previews for me. Recommended a mortgage company to deal with. He showed us many homes.
Christopher always had my best interest in mind. We successfully closed on a home in early Feb and now I have a close friend working with him to find a home in the area also.
I would highly recommend Christopher for all you real estate needs.

The experience started out OK, with the agent even working late nights at times on contracts.  But over the weeks he started to become more and more pre-occupied, and less and less diligent in his work with us.  He even told us at one point that he had been rather unavailable to us because he had so many closings and had to do his due diligence with them.  His lack of due diligence with us caused us to lose out on some opportunities.  In the end, he passed us off.  At one point, I gave $500 to a seller after we took longer than usual to do adequate due diligence on a property that we didn't take.  I did this partly to help the agent that we worked with save face when we didn't ultimately take the property.  I never felt that was fully appreciated, as I was not obligated to do so.  At first my lack of satisfaction was with the agent.  I wrote to the broker in charge to let her know about the problems as I expect more from a group that is ranked #1 by JD Power.  Well, I became further disappointed when I received no response at all from the broker in charge.  The West Ashley office of Keller Williams realty does not live up to their ranking.
