+ -1 moreMy unit suffered damage that was outside of my responsibility. The damage occurred in May. I wasn't able to get money from the Board to fix the damage until 4 months later, after I hired a lawyer, went through my own insurance company and hired my own expert contractors to assess the damage and definitively prove the damage was not my responsibility. Every step of the way, KJPM worked against me, spoke poorly of me to other residents and said things which were untrue.
Description of Work: K.J. Property Management works with my condo board, collecting regime fees and dealing with owners' complaints and issues. The company is ran by one person, Kathleen John, who is underhanded and distrustful. She doesn't hire legitimate contractors to have work completed and influences the Board to make decisions against homeowners. Should should act as an impartial liaison between owners and the Board but this is not the case.
