Property Management
My unit suffered damage that was outside of my responsibility. The damage occurred in May. I wasn't able to get money from the Board to fix the damage until 4 months later, after I hired a lawyer, went through my own insurance company and hired my own expert contractors to assess the damage and definitively prove the damage was not my responsibility. Every step of the way, KJPM worked against me, spoke poorly of me to other residents and said things which were untrue.
