Hardwood Flooring Service
Job was scheduled to take 3-4 days. Once demolition of tile floor began, we discovered it was installed with a heavy wire mesh subflooring which dramatically complicated removal. They were not prepared, nor staffed for such a job and had no additional crews available to assist. The original crew worked diligently to remove the tile (it took 4 days) and then installed the new oak flooring in a day and a half. The painting crew came in immediately and matched the existing finish extremely well. Overall, it took twice as long as projected, and we paid a very reasonable additional fee for the unexpected difficulty. The floors look great. We have had a couple of follow up calls during the 6 months since to make sure we are happy. We got what we were looking for at a reasonable price.
