+ 0 moreMy great grandparents’ Dutch clock is now running better than I remember it when I was a child (a while ago). Mr. Dubois accurately diagnosed the issues on the initial visit, made the delicate repairs to a bit of a temperamental clock (who wouldn’t be at that age!), and returned it on time with perfect chimes, timing and even replaced a couple of things we had not discussed originally at no additional charge. He also corrected my misconceptions about cleaning and other care items. He is an artist, a true professional and a perfectionist. He was timely in meeting, reasonable in price and I am grateful for his exceptional skill and commitment.
