Their call was accurate. Their work was fast. The place where customers hang around while they do the work is very nice. The people were very nice. The workers were great. This was my first time using them.

Car left WORSE than it was when they got their hands on the car.
Door code was correct and keys worked ... but...
A/C no longer worked and remote start function on Ford Key FOB no longer worked after I paid $175.00 and started the car to leave. I never left the lot and went back to get my car working at least as well as it did before they touched the car.
They spent ten minutes looking at the A/C and were unable to find out the problem. They wanted $130.00 to look further into the problem.
I went home and looked it up on Google and found out that the A/C was in diagnostic mode and would not work. Turning off the car does not reset this diagnostic mode. Two keys on the A/C controller have to be pressed and within two seconds another button pressed - then it reads any error codes. To take it out of diagnostic mode you press another button on the A/C control. Then the A/C works. My A/C had worked ever since I did this. The research and pressing the buttons took me five minutes.
For the EXPERTS to not perform this for me for free means they are incompetent or liars. There are no other options. I will go to a locksmith to reprogram the Car and Key FOB.

Delay after delay. Blaming on everything from parts on back order to delivery truck problems. Took almost a month to fix a steering column.

I purchase a one year old Mustang from a Ford delaer in Atlanta. When we got the car home, we had an intermittent problem where the windows would go down but not back up. I brought the car to Jones Ford and the service manager, Chuck, was very accommodating. As the car was new, the work would be covered by the warranty. The car was ready in a coupl days.Later that day after picking up the car, the windows again were stuck open. Returned the car to Jones. After numerous appologies, I left the car again. After being told it was ready, I picked it up but did not get out of their parking lot before thw window problem started again. All in all, it took then four tries to finally find the problem and fix it. Intermittent problems can be the hardest to find. this was a bare wire behind the dashboard that was causing a short, but only when the door was opened (pulling the wires to the bare spot). After the thord time, I was admittedly, not the best customer. Through my rants, Chuck maintained his professionalism and eventually got the job done. They even picked up the cost of a rental car.

They are really friendly. They did exactly what my husband wanted. Their system works, and they do not take a long time.

After experiencing problems with my car stalling unexpectedly or not starting at all, I had the battery inspected and the connections tightened. However, the problem still was not resolved, so I decided to take the car to a Ford dealership for repairs. I never take my car to a dealership unless absolutely necessary because I know they are more expensive than general mechanics as a rule, but I was concerned that there might be a problem with the onboard computer or something very Ford-specific, so in this instance I went ahead and took it to the dealer.

The first sign that things were not going to go well was when the service manager told me they did not offer loaner cars or a shuttle service, but he directed me to the car rental location on the dealership's lot. I work literally one mile from the dealership, but walking was not an option because the road is very busy and dangerous for pedestrians. I rented a car but had to take a mid-size car because that was the smallest/cheapest they had available, and neither the rental place nor the dealership offered any kind of a discount. That alone ran $40, just to drive two miles round-trip from the dealership to work.

When the service department called a few hours later, they said the only problem with the car was the battery terminals needed to be replaced and that would fix all of the issues I was having. They charged $100 to replace two battery terminals. I fully expected the dealership to be a bit more expensive, but that is quite literally 4-5 times more than a general mechanic. (I called around and checked; Walmart charges $5 for each terminal and $5 labor to install it, so at Walmart the same job would have cost $20.)

On the same phone call, the service department said my brakes were completely worn out and needed to be replaced immediately at the bargain basement price of $179 (plus parts and additional labor as applicable). I don't even know why they looked at the brakes since that was not why I dropped the car off in the first place. I drive that car every day and am familiar with the sounds and feel of bad brakes, and I do not think the brakes are in need of emergency replacement, so I felt that was just another item they were trying to bill me for unnecessarily.

When I picked up my car, the service manager offered me a $15 coupon off my next service. I said thanks, but they could keep it because I would definitely not be returning.

My daughter had been having a problem with her 2004 Mustang for almost a year. After driving for several hours, the car would begin hesitating and missing, getting worse and worse until the Service Engine light would come on and the car would cut off. After sitting for 15 - 30 minutes, the car would seem to be fine and would operate with no problems. Other mechanics in her hometown had not been able to correctly diagnose the problem. On her way to Charleston from the upstate last Saturday to visit us, the car cut off on the side of I-26 near Orangeburg, and she had to be towed to Charleston. We took the car to the other Ford dealership in Charleston at 7 AM that Monday morning and explained the problem to them. The blond service agent was very cold to us and did not seem to want to help. She recommended that we drive the car around for as long as it took until the Service Engine light came on and then bring it back to her - which was a ridiculous idea! So we took the car over to Jones Ford. Shaun Messenger, a service representative, was extremely interested in helping us find the problem. He wrote down in explicit detail the car's symptoms and said he'd call when they figured it out. They put the car on a machine and ran it for over 2 hours, and then the car stopped running, as was its pattern. They analyzed the problem as the fuel pump overheating and not getting gas to the engine. Why could not the other dealership have done the same thing? They fixed the car as soon as they could, and the whole experience was professional and friendly. Jones Ford's service was outstanding, and even more importantly, caring and professional. I would recommend them wholeheartedly, and I would urge everyone to stay far away from the other Ford dealership in town!

I took my car to another local Ford dealer to get it fixed, and they were going to charge me $1855 to fix it. I talked with my spouse and a service manager that I know at another repair shop in Atlanta, and decided to take the car to Jones Ford. They fixed the air conditioning unit for $1272, including tax. They were courteous and prompt. They kept me informed of everything going on. I talked to two or three different people there and they were all very nice. My experience there was good, and I was pleased with the service. I will use them again in the future.
