We were looking for property in the Charleston area and had some key parameters in mind:
A building lot to build a house on.
No flood zone.
HOA
Larger lot size with no McMansions in the neighborhood. This greater Charleston area is full of McMansions on small lots, in our opinion examples of 'wretched excess'.
John stuck with us, listened, knows the area well and helped us get our heads around properties. He didn't waste our time showing us things we didn't want (like others had done). He ended up getting us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. John is a consummate professional, and a joy to work with.
