I am happy to provide to any one interested my Happy Finucan files. You can see for yourself that his invoices are vague and incomplete among other issues. I am also happy to provide the invoices for those who had to come behind and repair his work. I am also happy to provide photos. Watch his employee hours. He bills out day labor at 35.00 per hour, pays them 10.00 per hour then charges you 20 % on the total. For starters..... My cell is 706 499 1199. Call anytime.

As is the case with most major projects, the budget was blown and it took much longer than we thought but the work was completed with first rate quality. Happy does need to be sat on, but he is a contractor after all. Helps if you have an architect to also manage him.

He marks up the price of everything. He sends too many people to the job to charge for them even though they're not working.
