All projects done with this contractor were done in a workman-like manner and on time.

All the work that this contractor did was fine. The concrete floor repair was level and done very well, as was the work on the foundation. I had given him $2000 down on the $7000 job. The trouble was he didn't show up much of the time and the job was taking forever. When we reached the point when we felt he had reached the point that $2000 deposits work had been completed, we wrote up a legal document ending the relationship.
