Description of Work: I am a downtown Realtor and myself and my firm use Randy Owen, who is a licensed General Contractor, and his crew to do a lot of structural repair on houses that need to be fixed prior to closing. He is reliable, reasonably priced and a gentleman to work with. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently and is very familiar with old historic homes, and buildings. I have used him many times over a period of about 8 years.

concrete repair
 + -1 moreAll the work that this contractor did was fine. The concrete floor repair was level and done very well, as was the work on the foundation. I had given him $2000 down on the $7000 job. The trouble was he didn't show up much of the time and the job was taking forever. When we reached the point when we felt he had reached the point that $2000 deposits work had been completed, we wrote up a legal document ending the relationship.
Description of Work: They started the repair on the foundation of my 2500 square foot house. They leveled the floor with new concrete work , they also started the repair work on the actual stone work and concrete of the foundation itself. He also cleaned out the crawl space.
