Plumbing, Countertop and Backsplash Service
It went well in one out of the three bathrooms. The contractor cut the wrong piece of tile for one of the bathrooms. He ended up installing the wrong tile in two of the bathrooms. When we confronted him about it, they said that we were wrong. They said that the countertops came from the same piece of granite. He wasn't happy with our insistence that the countertops weren't right. He got into a firm discussion where he admitted his error. We went down to the shop the next day to settle it. He offered to make and install more countertops for whatever we wanted, and I was pleased with that result. The bad news was that there wasn't anything out there, so we were forced to settle with the discount. Before you pay this person, you should make sure you know what he's going to do. He is quick. I think he's relatively expensive. I don't know if I would recommend him.
