They went over and above the call of duty. The first round of carpet they brought had distinctly different colors in areas. They did not dispute this, but did have an issue with the retailer that supplied the carpet in cooperating to fix the issue. They came back with the new carpet and laid it. They even did a couple of extra smaller areas for me and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and amiable and very easy to deal with. They were wonderful allies in a difficult situation.
