+ -1 moreOverall, it went very smoothly and quickly and he was here when he said he would be and when a need had been diagnosed, he brought in excellent support such as the electrician and the men who repaired the encapsulation plastic, etc. We are moving and he completed our inspection repairs per our contract. He is very professional and able to repair almost anything. He is also very pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: During three or four different visits he replaced our front door, replaced rotten bottom boards around our storage building, worked with an electrician on some outside and underhouse issues, redirected water flow from our well, oversaw repair of enscapsulation in our crawlspace, corrected our builder's plumbing error on a shower drain, corrected loose pipe fittings and corrected interior doors which would not close tightly. He also does renovation and construction work.
