Description of Work: This complex is by far the absolute best complex in all of the Charleston, SC area. They are 5 years old & updated plus the complex is small so the service is wonderful. The grounds and landscaping is excellent. I can't say enough good about them. You'll just have to come check them out for yourself. After searching and seeing approx. 15 apartment complexes, condos & etc. Trust me they are the best you'll find.
