+ -1 moreWe used Good Faith to secure a mortgage for our home when we relocated from CT to SC. They were suggested by our realtor and we were appropriately skeptical going in. Knowing that time was of the essence for us, they made time to meet with us on the day we called them. They not only provided a very accurate estimate of cost and helped us get a fabulous rate, but Jay and Joni Byars went above and beyond to give us the lay of the land (as we were entirely unfamiliar) and even helped us as we tried to arrange temporary housing while we were waiting for our house to close. They were prompt with responses to questions both by phone and by email and were true the timeline they gave us. We were extremely pleased with their friendly professionalism and are already recommending them to others.
Description of Work: Good Faith worked with us to secure a mortgage for our new home purchase in Summerville, SC.
