We had bought the computer so the service was free.  It took them 48 hours to do what they promised to do in 2 hours.  I thought it was poor quality of service they provided.

Overall, they installed the unit and it works, but they also severely scratched the dash and console in my car during the installation. I was not happy with this. The electronics installation was good, but I don't think the installers were very conscientious with their work. I would consider going to them again for future services but only for services that wouldn't include them using sharp objects in the interior of my car.

I paid $100 to recommend a system, they installed the system and it did not work properly. I called them, they came out to fix it, this happened several times with them having to come out and fix different issues. Finally, I called again and they said I had called too many times and they were not going to come out for free even though everything was still under warranty. Before they came out the last time the tech told me to download something as to speed up the repair. He came out to fix it, I paid, then asked for my refund and he said they could not as I had changed the software and voided the warranty. Since then they have come out one more time. I have demanded they take the system back and refund my money. They have been very unresponsive to my request and have lied to me as well. In doing research this is not an uncommon situation with Best Buy's Geek Squad and I will not use this company again.
