I took my wedding set in to have a small diamond replaced and have several prongs built up. They did a fantastic job!!! Reasonable price!! Great experience!!! Professional too!

I recently became engaged, and my ring was too big. We purchased the ring from an online retailer, and I did not want to part with the ring for two weeks to send it back to them to be re-sized. I called around to local jewelry stores to inquire about the timeframe it would take to size down my ring. Garfield's said they could do it in one day as opposed to the 10 days to 2 weeks I was quoted by other local jewelers.
I took the ring in, and as promised the ring was ready the next day. After I wore the ring for another week, I felt it was still too large, and took it back to Garfields - they sized it down again for me for no charge. It fits perfectly now, and it looks great. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, and very low pressure. I will use them for all my local jewelry needs in the future!
