Gail Diehl

After interviewing countless real estate agents who either seemed to think 1) they owned me after one 5 minute meeting and I was somehow beholden to them and 2) didn't have any clue about the issues facing a military person selling a home under the HAP or other programs, I was feeling tired.On a whim I dropped by Gail's office on the way to Gold's Gym.  She immediately impressed me on several levels: 1) She was willing to listen, admitted she was not familiar with the HAP program but said she would research it and figure it  out - and she did. Most of the other agents pretended to know everything about everything despite clearly having no clue.  2) She is just a genuinely nice, honest person and it was obvious.  She type of person you would be proud to list as a friend or business associate.  3) She comes from a military family and her integrity shows.  4) She is a retired orthodontist with nothing to prove - she was obviously the smartest agent with whom I'd met without even trying to be.  5) She wasn't petty about the referral fee and sincerely seemed to be looking out for me - even referred me to a handyman.  All the other agents just wanted me to sign the listing agreement ASAP and didn't seem to hear a word I said.  Gail, by contrast, listens.I had no concern about listing two properties with Gail and when I list my remaining rentals properties they will be with her. Moreover, I'd definitely recommend her to any military folks looking for an honest agent.  Thank you.
