I needed carpeting replaced quickly for a home sale. Tony brought a bunch of samples and I was able to get the new floor installed quickly. And it looks great!

Tony responded after I found some severe damage to my obsolete engineered flooring. He was able to use the materials I had on-hand and repair the damaged area of my floor. Nice job, fast quality work

We had this company install flooring through out our home a couple of years ago. It was separating in very tiny places in the living room and laundry room. I called Tony, the owner and he was out here in a couple of days, convenient to my schedule. He was able to put most all back with little trouble. He will return at my convenience to do a little more. We have had great luck with our floors and both he and I decided it was not the product but rather how my house had moved. We are very happy with his service.

Salesperson came to my home with many samples and had a good eye as to what would look good and wear well in my kitchen and living room. Installation was very smooth and the installers were very professional. They helped me move some heavy furniture before working and helped me move it back after the work was done. The owner came to my house a few days later to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Great company.

The men worked very hard.They were ready to start on there particlar job when they arrived on the job.They also worked well together.We are very pleased with our new flooring.

My original 20 year old laminated flooring was worn out. I was originally told that it could be refinished 1 time. I contacted several flooring companies and they wouldnâ t do it. I contacted Flooring International . Tony came out and said it could be refinished. He gave me a reasonable price. Boy am I glad I hired them. The floors came out perfect. We changed the color and finish. They look so much better than the original finish. I also had him put down a matching floor in my bedroom. I highly recommend Flooring International!!!

Rob is an extremely caring businessman who makes sure his customers are satisfied. He went far above and beyond to make sure we're happy with our floors, and hopefully our experience summarized in this review is unique. We had a floating installation of bamboo floors done, and they looked great. A little over the 2 year labor warranty, we noticed a few planks had separated. After informing Rob, he went ahead and had it fixed at no cost to us. But then over the next several months, more and more planks began separating. Rob was not happy that the product was failing, and agreed to reinstall all of the boards and glue them to each other, again at no cost to us. This was now about 3 years after the initial installation. Again, the floors looked great, but much to our frustration after only a few months, planks began separating. We since learned that for the layout of our first floor, we should have had new flooring glued down and not a floating installation done. Long story short, Rob agreed, at his cost, to install a completely different product, glued down to the subfloor, which should not have this issue of planks separating. He even redid all the shoe molding, and removal and reinstallation of bathroom fixtures in our powder room. It's been about 18 months now, and the new engineered hardwood floors that replaced the floating bamboo floors are holding up great and feel much more solid walking on them. We've since gotten a German Shepherd, and these floors are handling some of the abuse he can give them just fine. I would definitely do business with FCI again, as I can't imagine any other flooring company would go through the lengths Rob did to ensure our satisfaction.
