Bryan, the owner, is very responsive and easy to deal with which in itself is reason enough to use Five Star Painting. After arranging a time for an estimate, he came when he said he would and provided a written estimate later that evening. When they came to start the work, we had a major issue with the paint we had purchased ahead of time (our fault, not Five Star's). Basically we special ordered our own paint but it turned out to be spoiled/too old and was unusable. Bryan and his team helped us resolve it and found a comparable paint locally and then got started within about an hour. That was a huge relief because we didn't want to lose a week+ trying to order new paint and then have to reschedule Bryan's team. They completed all the work in 3 days time and did a good job. The price seemed very reasonable for the work they did. We've dealt with a lot of contractors and service providers this year as we've done a ton to our house, and it seems to be VERY difficult to find people who are responsive and focused on good customer service. To me, Bryan and Five Star Painting definitely stood out as examples of how to do customer service right. We wouldn't hesitate to use Five Star Painting again.

Bryan Buzon came to our home and saw the scope of the work and gave us an estimate.
He was realistic about how long the project could take.  He was very willing to work around our schedule.
His crew came on time and the work was finished on schedule as promised.
We inspected the work with Bryan at the end of the project and discussed touch-ups.  Those were completed immediately.
The project was finished at the agreed price.

Bryan offered his estimate separate from the carpentry work.  His was not necessarily the least expensive, but it was definitely the most transparent.  The carpenter also gave me a detailed estimate which we were free to pick and choose.  In the end, we asked for all the carpentry work on his estimate to be completed and I know he did a good deal more than was estimated.
This was generally true of the painting work.  His crew was onsite for several days adding stain to a dried out exterior and staining and priming as necessary and finally completing the trim work. When they finished, Bryan came out and we both walked around the project picking out places that needed additional work. I think Bryan actually chose more places than I did to be covered again. 
Bryan was very professional and excellent to work with and his crew were also very professional. With every phase of this project, I am sure I received more than I bargained for. All concerned were interested in making us happy with the final outcome.
I will definitely contact these guys again.

Detailed estimate was given for each room and prince was very competitive. They showed up on time each day and completed the job a half a day earlier than estimated. Walls were prepped by sanding or spackling holes and then two coats of paint on walls and trim. Painting was meticulous and no paint on hardware. They even came back very promptly to correct a couple mistakes.

Bryan Buzon the owner showed up as expected to provide the quote. I am required to get three quotes for our commercial services, but Bryan of Five Star Paint was the most responsive. He wasn't the lowest quote, but was very professional, and his quote wasn't scribbled on a napkin like one of his competitors. He provided all materials and labor into his quote, and although I've not received the final invoice, I don't expect any surprises. His crew showed up on-time and was easy to talk to and very friendly. They completed the job in two days time working around our business hours. They broke the job into two parts, interior and exterior, which worked perfectly for our business hours. Although the break between the white and blue isn't exactly perfect, under normal wear and tear in our commercial setting it won't be noticeable for long (and the space is completely empty, so easy to critique) . I consider using Brian and Five Star Painting for a project at my home. I feel comfortable with the crew that worked on this project being invited into my home, and will contact Brian and Five Star for the quote. Most projects don't require a perfectly straight line separating two colors, like this one so don't take it as a make-or-break.

Bryan was very good with communication and very detailed. He even pointed out some issues with our chimney that 4 other painters I got quotes from did not. His guys showed up when he said they would and did a great job. They were meticulous with the paint job and cleaned up the jobsite every day. He was not the cheapest but was very reasonable. You get what you pay for! I would definitely use Five Star again.

Went well. Arrived on time , completed job in a day (sent 4 painters). I was very pleased with the job they did. Plan to use them again later this summer. Came back next day to touch up all areas as needed.

The erratic weather created delays but Bryan was constantly in touch to update me on their plans for the day.  The work was well due.  The crew was professional and cleaned up after each day.

My experience with Five Star Painting was good. They did excellent. They came on time. They were efficient. They were very informative about what they were going to do. They did details that they didn't have to do and told us when they find something wrong, like with the wood, before we had them paint the wood they had to repair, so we had to have a carpenter come and repair before they had we had it painted.

Excellent presentation, reasonable cost but not the cheapest and they did everything that was promised.  This included a follow up visit before I made the final payment.  I would use them again in a second.

Bryan was extremely friendly, honest, and professional.  He always returned my calls promptly.  The work was completed exactly in the time frame he had stated and for a great price!  His crew arrived as scheduled and were also friendly and professional.  I am completely satisfied with the results and would hire Five Star Painting for all future painting needs.  Five Star Painting has certainly earned their name.

Five Star painting provided excellent customer service, they went out of their way to move out all the furniture. Also his workers made sure all the pillars on the porch were secure prior to painting. Bryan, the owner, kept me informed every step of the way. He personally inspected the work afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had been performed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with either exterior or interior painting needs. The price Bryan charged was very competitive with the other companies that gave me a bid.

Absolutely the best painting I've ever seen. I had zero concerns watching Brian's crew paint. Brian quoted us a price for the job, ensured we were happy with the result and then we paid exactly what was quoted. That alone is a big deal now days. Thank you Brian and crew!

Five Star Painting painted provided a very competitive quote and the work (painted interior rooms of my home 4 rooms, 2 large hallways with 18 foot ceilings, moved furniture and covered everything without getting paint on anything and did a wonderful job. Showed up each day on time and worked very hard until the job was complete. I was very happy with their work and will use them again in the future to paint my bonus room and master bedroom. I will refer them to all my friends and family.

Five Star was not the lowest bid, but we decided to give the business to Bryan based a his reputation, and a personal reference from a friend who used Five Star last year.

The Five Star teamed showed up right on schedule and all work was accomplished within the promised time frame. I thought it looked like a first class job, but during my final acceptance tour with Bryan he pointed out a few small deviations that he was not satisfied with, and he promised to have his crew correct it the following morning. All work was done the next day and i became a loyal supporter of Five Star Painting. We will use them again.

Excellent. They were prompt, hard-working, and cleaned up very well every day and took care of our home. We were extremely pleased with their work. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with the work.

They were very prompt and professional. They were very good about cleaning up when they were done, they even vacuumed. They were also flexible, if I needed them to come earlier or later they would.
