Ute Appleby is the Realtor and now my new property manager. She is top-notch. Every contact with her has been professional, and of high quality. She is responsive and does what she says. I haven't moved in yet, but all signs point to good management and attention to detail.

I felt that they were representing the seller more than us. If I had it to do over I would have gone with an independent agency. However, all in all, I think they did a good job.

Larry Mazalatis was an excellent realtor for us. He helped us by showing us around the area after moving here.  He is very knowledgeable about the different areas and subdivisions in Charleson, North Charleston and Summerville.  He is professional, personable, and always prompt.  He responds quickly to any communication and goes beyond the call of duty.  He showed us many houses.  He also showed us lots when we thought we would be happier with new construction and negotiated a deal for us.  I would highly recommend him as a buyers agent as well as a listing agent.  He works with his wife, Kathy who is great too.  It was such a great experience for us because we felt we could trust him and that he was working for us not himself.
