My car had failed to start. I got a jump and drove it across the highway to Firestone, just ten minutes before closing on Sunday afternoon. The car failed to start there also, and they ended up keeping the car overnight. The following morning they car started up fine repeatedly. They tested the battery, alternator, and starter, all of which passed. We still don't know what caused the starting problem, but they didn't charge me for all the testing they did. The manager, Justin Baublitz, and his staff could not have been more courteous or professional. He even let me take my dog in the waiting room with me. I also had some tires replaced there a few months ago on another car, and that was a good experience as well.
